Bring serious Caribbean expertise into view.

Caribbean Anchor works with selected property and professional partners who value accurate information, strong presentation and a better-informed international buyer. We begin in Antigua & Barbuda and review every proposed collaboration before anything is published or introduced.

Property partners

For developers, agencies and independent sellers.

A Caribbean Anchor property presence begins with authority to market, accurate property identity and clear commercial responsibility. We do not turn scraped availability or ambiguous media rights into a live offer.

Approved partners can use the invite-only portal to prepare developments, properties and listings for review. Contributors prepare drafts; editorial and authorization review takes place before any public release. A Property remains distinct from its current commercial Listing, and a category or development opportunity does not guarantee a unit or listing is available.

Developers

Present the development as a complete place

Bring the masterplan, residence types, amenities, ownership structure, source information and approved availability into one coherent destination story.

Agencies

Keep commercial responsibility visible

Listing status, pricing, representation and source context remain attached to the agency or representative responsible for them.

Independent sellers

Build a rights-cleared direct presentation

Private owners can discuss a focused editorial showcase when title, authority, media rights, current details and enquiry handling are clear.

Professional expertise

The buyer journey needs more than property inventory.

We are interested in specialists whose work answers a real international-buyer question and who can stand behind the information they provide. A profile or introduction is subject to review and is not an endorsement or a guarantee of outcome.

Ways to collaborate

Useful work, clearly labelled.

Expert editorial

Practical guides and interviews built around a defined buyer question, with authorship and any commercial involvement stated clearly. Editorial participation does not buy a favourable conclusion.

Partner and service profiles

A structured presence alongside relevant destination and transaction content, subject to review, source checks, rights clearance and clear attribution.

Market and development presentations

Rights-cleared visual and editorial work for selected developments, agencies and destination themes. Availability, pricing and other commercial details remain subject to reconfirmation.

Private portal collaboration

Controlled content preparation for approved partners before any public release. Portal access is invite-only and scoped to the approved workspace.

Before publication

A clear review standard protects the buyer and the partner.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you represent

Share the organisation, property or service, your Antigua & Barbuda relationship and the person responsible for the enquiry.

  2. 02

    Confirm authority and source

For property work, identify the owner, developer, agency or other authorised representative and provide the current source information. Confirm who controls the relevant media rights.

  3. 03

    Agree the proposed format

Set out whether the request concerns expert editorial, a profile, a development presentation, a listing or a private portal draft. Commercial terms and publication are not automatic.

  4. 04

    Review before release

Caribbean Anchor checks the material, records the relevant attribution and handles an enquiry internally before any authorised external handoff. No automatic distribution to agents or sellers takes place.

Start a conversation

Tell us what you represent and why it matters to the buyer.

For an initial review, include your organisation, Antigua & Barbuda relationship, the service or property opportunity, who controls the relevant rights and the best person to contact. Do not send passwords, buyer databases, passport details, bank information or confidential client documents through an introductory email or public form.

Use the current partnership contact route. Caribbean Anchor reviews the request before responding or arranging an authorised introduction; a submission is not a listing, reservation, endorsement or promise of publication.
